1. Introduction

3.2 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organisation or third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation or third party to these Terms.

4.4 We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any User at any time, for any reason, without notice and without liability.

5. Platform Use

5.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, btepkr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes.

5.2 You may access and read the Content for personal reference. You may share links to individual pages of the Platform provided you do not misrepresent or modify the Content and give clear attribution to btepkr.

5.3 You must not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, impair or compromise btepkr's systems, servers, network connections or the experience of other users.

5.4 btepkr's Content is updated periodically, but we make no warranty that any particular piece of Content is current, complete or free from error at the time of access. Game rules, bonus structures, wagering requirements, payment processing times and operator terms referenced in our guides are subject to change by the relevant third-party operators at any time without notice to btepkr.

• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity, in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any User account, server or database connected with the Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Platform or its associated infrastructure.

btepkr reserves the right to report any prohibited conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities and to cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, is the property of btepkr or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 The btepkr name, logo and all related marks are proprietary to btepkr. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any trademark, logo or trade name of btepkr without our prior written consent.

7.3 Third-party trademarks referenced on the Platform — including the names of game developers, sports leagues, payment service providers and other entities — remain the property of their respective owners. References to PSL, ICC, T20, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and similar names are made for informational context only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship of any kind.

7.4 You may print or download extracts of the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not modify the Content and retain all copyright and other proprietary notices in their original form.

8. Third-Party Links & Content

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit btepkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Applicable Law.

12. Privacy

14.2 Upon termination or suspension of your access, all licences and permissions granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including but not limited to Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability) and 15 (Governing Law).

14.3 You may discontinue use of the Platform at any time. Discontinuing use does not release you from obligations or liabilities that arose during your period of use.

15. Governing Law

15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which btepkr is registered and operates.

15.2 You acknowledge that, as an information platform serving users across multiple jurisdictions including Pakistan, the applicable legal framework may differ from that of your home jurisdiction. btepkr makes no representation that the Platform or its Content complies with the laws of any specific user jurisdiction.

15.3 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
